职位描述：

注： 本岗位工作时间为三班倒。

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

1、至少1年以上线上检验经验实验室检验经验

2、能够看懂图纸及质量文件

3、具备良好的卡尺、千分尺和其他质量测量工具的使用知识，会夹具检查和三坐标测量优先

4、基本掌握ISO9001或TS16949体系

5、熟悉办公室软件（Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel）和SAP系统

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

一、实验室检验控制

1、迅速反馈不合格的检测

2、监控测试进度

3、强调检测方法存在的问题

4、优化检验方法及效率

5、及时完成检测记录

6、依据作业指导书和质量管理体系流程进行过程监控

7、依据5S作业指导书进行5S管理

8、文件分类及存档
