职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.协助进行前台电话接听、来客接待； 1.负责公司前台电话的接听和来访客人的接待；
2.协助办公用品、固定资产、耗材的采购、发放；
3.负责快递的签收发、发放，午餐预定、酒店预定、机票预定；
4.协助各种费用的结算和报销；
5.其他部门交代的相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.本科学历，本岗位为实习岗位，欢迎2018届在校学生投递；
2.良好的表达能力及书写沟通技巧，熟练使用各种办公软件；
3.执行能力强，责任性强、细心随和；
4.本岗位要求能保证3-6个月实习，一周至少能够到岗4天。
