The Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure supplier quality are in compliance with the company’s requirement.

Principal Responsibilities
主要职责:
? Conduct supplier evaluation audits.
控制供应商质量检验监督工作。
? Attending to customer feedback both local and oversea.
参与国内外供应商质量反馈工作。
? Set up adequate inspection hold points at supplier’s process chain based on Inspection and Test Plan.
根据检验、测试计划，就供应商的生产链建立适当的检验控制点。
? Establish visiting schedule and attend to witness testing required under the inspection hold points.
制定访问日程、参与基于检验控制点下的检验工作。
? Conduct non-destructive test on critical weldment on sampling basis.
控制关键焊接部件质量，对其进行样品无损检验。
? Conduct periodic Internal Quality Audits focusing on production process.
就生产过程定期进行内部质量审核。
? Follow up on all agreed corrective action to ensure quality issues are addressed effectively.
就达成一致的纠正措施及时跟进，以确保质量问题得到有效处理。
? Other function assigned by the GM.
总经理安排的其他工作。
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
知识、技能和能力要求:

? Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheet applications and word processing software.
熟练使用计算机、电子表格和文字处理软件。
? Effective organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
良好的组织、交际能力，能够用英语和当地母语进行口语和书面沟通。
? Ability to exercise independent judgment and carry out responsibilities with a minimum of direction.
在最少指导情况下，能够独立行使判断职责。
? Proficiency in process improvement and problem solving tools and techniques.
熟悉操作流程， 具有解决问题的方法和技巧。
? Able to travel extensively to visit suppliers both local and oversea.
可以适应到国内外供应商处出差。
? Experience with manufacturing quality control and supplier quality management.
具有制造型企业质量控制和供应商质量管理经验。
? Working experience in ISO 9001:2000 Quality System.
具有ISO9001及ISO2000质量体系工作经验。
