职位描述
Report to: HR Manager, AP, Intermediates
Location: Shanghai,jin Shan District
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing, enhancing and delivering on HR programs such as employee relations, compensation, performance development, talent planning, training, recruiting ,etc.
Strategically work with first line supervisors and leadership to proactively identify and implement HR plans and priorities that enhance overall site performance
Responsible for managing the site staffing plan which involves the recruitment of all exempt and non-exempt positions while ensuring cultural alignment
Owns the site HR Compliance plan and manages within regulatory guidelines
Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources guidelines, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide oversight for setting up and maintaining of training system ,and implementation of training programs
As a role model for MBM® culture and works with leadership to further advance the philosophy and the site
Attract, retain & develop diverse groups of talents consistent with our values / beliefs and MBM® principles and continue to upgrade the talent pool, thereby building an organizational culture consistent with MBM ® principles
Work with HR shared service resources to implement or make local adoption for cross business units/ cooperate initiatives or programs
Knowledge & Skills Required:
A degree holder with a minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of managerial role
Experience in recruiting, employee relations, strategic planning, and corporate compliance programs including legal and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of the Chinese labor market and specific Chinese local legislation on labor law, compensation and benefits issues
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and with strong leadership skills , as well as hand-on and team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
HR Experience in Oil or chemical industries will have added advantage
