9. Description of main activities:
Responsibilities:
? Receive of fault/error messages (register tickets, dispatch, management) from our customers on-site, document these in the ticket system (including knowledge database updates), prioritize and classify incidents as well as problem processing and resolution using remote maintenance tools
? Optimize our services and service support processes
? Active collaboration in company adopted and defined, ITIL based support processes
? Provide and maintain IT devices and related services
? Ensure end user support while adhering to predefined service levels
? Operational management of software licenses & services
? Create and implement policies and procedure standards
? Create and maintain documentation in the existing WIKI (IT internal/ corporate)
? Participate in project work
? Cooperate with and manage external IT service providers
? Basic application support (especially engineering tools)
? Cloud and local application support: Adobe Reader & Acrobat Standard/Pro DC, Office 365 Suite, Office 365 Visio & Project, Microsoft Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Windows RemoteApps
? Support Requests for Software and Hardware (Vendor/ 3rd Level Coordination and Tracking)
? Create and conduct user trainings in German and English
10. Educational background / skills and knowledge:
? Completed training as IT specialist in system integration (IHK) or comparable training
? Experience in IT on-site services
? Broad professional and technical IT basic knowledge
? Handling of Microsoft cloud services such as Office 365/ Azure (min. 2 years)
? Ideally experience working with a ticket system
? At least 2 years’ experience in incident and problem escalation management
? Experience in user administration, software deployment, endpoint protection and mobile device management
? Very good knowledge of computer management as well as peripherals of all kinds (especially Microsoft operating system Windows 7/10, product/ device - and Application family)
? Sound knowledge of IT service processes as per ITIL V3 with certification (at least ITIL Foundation)
? Practical experience with the management of service providers and licensing models is advantageous
? Self organized
? Experience in an international environment
? Excellent customer and quality orientation as well as a high degree of motivation
? Strong team and communication skills as well as organizational skills
? High degree of flexibility and problem solving skills
? Ideally experience in conducting user trainings
? Duty to travel to offices/ subsidiaries and construction sites domestically and abroad
? Good command of Chinese and English in both written and spoken language
