职位描述：
PURPOSE:
This role is mainly responsible for lab synthesis experiments in regional projects, through execution of products quality improvement, new source qualification, assisting technology transfer and new products development.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Carry out lab experiments according to projects priorities with detailed record the experiments process and samples testing results;
? Assist in smooth functioning of laboratory by ensuring highest standard of laboratory safety, housekeeping, security, equipment maintenance and accuracy of test data;
? Manage the inventory of lab samples and raw materials;
? Other ad-hoc assignments by supervisor.

REQUIRMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
? Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related;
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in lab experiments, sample testing, particular in polymer and coatings area;
? Strong analytical skills and skills of writing up experiment reports;
? Good communication skills and presentation skills;
? Good knowledge and experience with safe laboratory practices and sound scientific methodology;
? Familiar with Quality Management Systems and procedures;
? Proficient user of MS Office software, SAP, Other business software;
? Good English capability;
? Has passion in technology and willing to work extra miles.
