Sales Coordinator, Shanghai

Location: YanPing Rd, Jing’An district. (Line 4, ChangPing Rd)

We supply architects, designers and private consumers across the world with textiles and textile-related products.

We are offering you a unique chance to be part of one of most successful textile companies in the world. A training program alternating between our Asia HQ in Shanghai, and our parent company in Denmark will support you very efficiently.

Job description:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinate with sales and other department, to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time.

Issue quotations, place order and follow up payment, delivery, billing & invoicing.

Maintain samples library and sample stock, process sample request from sales.

Handle customer complaints if there is.

Provide clerical and admin support to sales team (greet the customers if sales is out, prepare coffee for clients if necessary, etc.)

Data inputs and updates timely in system.

Your profile:

New graduate or around 1 years' experience.

Honest, patient, detail-oriented and well-organized.

Open mind and proactive, flexible and willing to learn.

Self-motivated and driven with a strong sense of responsibility.

Good team player, but also could work independently.

Excellent English skills both in written and verbal

Good at MS-office software (word/excel/outlook, etc.)

Ready to dedicate for Kvadrat for a long term.

Passion for art or design is a plus.
