职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、 依照客户订单和销售预测拟定生产计划及执行；
Develop and execute production plan based on customer’s order and sales forecasting;
2、负责精益生产管理模式的建立及生产成本的分析与改善；
Responsible for building lean production, and analyzing and improving the production cost.
3、 负责优化生产部门人员配置及人员流动量的控制；
Responsible for optimizing the organization and the personnel turnover rate.
4、 负责制定生产操作、流程布置、现场管理、厂房维护、设备维护等等有关产品制造和生产设施保障的作业方案；
Responsible for establishment of operation scheme relevant to product manufacturing and production facility support, including procedure layout、field management、workshop maintenance、equipment maintenance and so on .
5、 负责新产品开发过程的转换，场地布置的可行性分析及实施和人员培训工作；
Responsible for new product development process transition, feasibility analysis and implementation of site layout and training for staff;
6、 负责审核产品生产过程作业指导书的完整性及可行性；
Responsible for auditing the integrality and feasibility of production process operation instruction.
7、 负责审批设备的操作说明和维护保养计划；
Responsible for approving equipment operation and maintenance plan;
8、指挥、支援和协调本部门各职能岗位及各现场操作车间完成制定的工作目标；
Responsible for leading, supporting and coordinating all function positions and field operation workshops in the department to achieve job objectives.
9、负责在本部门宣传和实现公司的方针、目标、指标和管理方案；
In charge of propagating and implementing the company's policy, objectives, indicators and management plan in the department;
10、负责生产过程中的安全隐患排查，及安全制度的维护和改进；
Responsible for identifying the potential safety issue during production, and maintaining and improving the management system of production.
11、对生产活动中各项不符合公司管理制度的各项行为进行纠正措施及预防措施的制定.
Take corrective actions to the nonconformity behavior prohibited by company, and make preventive measures.
12、不断改善工作程序与安排；
Improve the working procedure and arrangement continuously.

Requirement:
1、本科及以上学历，汽车、机械或电子类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Auto/Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant one；
2、5年以上相关工作经验，其中至少有3年汽车或汽车零部件厂相等职位工作经验；
Minimum 5 Years of related work experience with at least 3 Years work experience in auto or auto parts plant at equivalent position.
3、熟悉ISO/TS16949相关知识；
Proficient with ISO/TS16949.
4、良好的英语或法语听说读写能力。
Good English or French language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
