职位描述：
工作内容：

1、推进公司绩效管理制度的实施；汇总和整理各部门考核信息，开展绩效审计，并提交分析报告；
2、搜集绩效管理过程中遇到的各种问题，提供绩效管理制度完善的建议；
3、起草公司年度薪酬规划及福利计划；
4、参与制定、调整薪酬福利政策；
5、定期收集市场薪酬信息和数据；
6、根据公司业务发展情况和市场水平，制定合理薪酬调整实施办法；
7、按时完成人工成本、人工费用的分析报告并及时更新维护员工资料库；
8、制作公司每月的工资报表，按时发放工资；
9、办理养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、住房公积金等社会保险和基金；
10、考勤、管理休假；
11、其他与薪酬相关的工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历（全日制）；
