Key Areas of Responsibility：
主要工作职责
1,Responsible for internal customer order process, receive customer order, confirm and delivery to customer in time with good quality
2, weekly review with customer about open orders and delivery performance
3, Contact window to customer related to requirement/complaint and work internally on solution/improvement and feedback to customer
4, Provide related reports, analyse report and monitor & remind related team
5, Improvement process for all activities related to CSD under organization CNZ8/HK11, identify areas of improvement, proactively question/challenge/suggest optimizing process.
Job Requirements & Skills

? Education : Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
? Experience : 3 - 5 years of supply chain experience, customer service experience will be much better
? Good understanding of ERP (SAP)
? Good English communication skills
? Higher patient and attention to details
