Job description:
1、负责公司洗衣机减速离合器的设计(含DFMEA、出图)；领导设计团队完成设计任务。
   Be in charge of the design for the washing machine transmissions/clutch systems. (including DFMEA, drawing release etc.)
   Leading the design team to achieve the design task.
2、为业务开发提供技术支持；
   Technical support to the business development.
3、主导与客户进行离合器技术方面的洽谈、协商、解释。
   To lead the technical discussion, acid communication with the customers for the technology of the transmissions/clutch systems.
4、协同项目团队完成项目的开发、生产。
   Work together with the project team in new projects development & production.

要求：
Requirements
1. 机械设计专业全日制本科以上学历；
Full-time bachelor degree or above in mechanical design.
2、五年以上从事减速器、齿轮箱行业的设计经验；有该行业设计的成功范例或专利
At least 5 years’ design experience in transmission/gear box industry. Experiences and patents in this area will be an added advantage.
3、工作主动，具有创新能力；
   Be proactive and innovative.
4、有带领团队工作经验优先；
   Good leadership and team spirit.
5、英文良好-----CET四级以上；
   Good in English---CET 4 or above.
6、对加工行业有基本的了解；
   General knowledge in machining industry 举报 分享
