  我们在寻找一位热爱音乐，勇于创新，富有活力的创造性思维者。理想候选人是一个天生领导者，可以领导建设公关／媒介部门，并且熟悉业务拓展，品牌策略，编写热门有趣的内容。

主要职责

1、你需要与媒介还有意见领袖保持良好关系和紧密联系；
2、和公司其他部门保持紧密沟通合作；
3、积极主动和社交媒体团队策划推广艺人，增加品牌曝光；
4、有效的管理以及化解企业危机；
5、为公关和社交媒体提供策略规划，包括印刷采访和视频采访；
6、拓展中英文媒介合作方，及时与他们更新本公司的演出和活动；
7、统计并监控我们所有合作平台的进度，及时和团队，领导沟通汇报；
8、对热门社交软件和平台有深入的了解；
9、能够发现趋势并调整策略

工作要求：

1、四年以上相关工作经验
2、优秀的时间管理能力和工作效率
3、杰出的沟通能力和团队合作精神
4、流利的中英文听，读，说，写能力
