职位描述：
? Perform AP accounting after three ways match (PO, receiving record and invoice) and investigate actual price variance if any.
? Manage VAT input invoice, including invoice validation, filing and reconciliation (account ledger vs. e-tax system)
? Perform monthly close process, ensuring revenue is well maintained in time, efficient and accurate
? Account receivables management, and collection settlements.
? Maintain monthly sale repot for actual and provide price and volume information for purpose of financial analysis/reporting.
? Perform monthly closing timetable, ensuring general ledger is well maintain and close out timely, efficient, and accurate manner
? Prepare accounts reconciliation in accordance with accounts reconciliation policy and ensure all assigned accounts (fixed asset/tooling) are reconciled and reviewed timely and accurately. Make sure timely resolution of un-reconciling items.
? Assist with internal/external audit for related fields. 举报 分享
