Researcher - Recruitment
Location: Shanghai, China
The Futurestep story starts in back in 1969 when Lester Korn and Richard Ferry founded Korn/Ferry International in the US. Futurestep was created in 1998 as a direct response to market demand for flexible, customized recruitment solutions - specifically recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), project recruitment, and search and consulting. Today, our business is recognized as a global leader in its own right.
As a researcher within Futurestep, you will be responsible for accomplishing your work independently, with the support of your team leader, according to the requirements of your project assignment.
Your responsibilities will include providing candidate services, supporting on business development, general administration and data management. Another focus is on continuous improvement, which means that you will seek ongoing improvement opportunities in process efficiency and service level assurance. The right candidate should be a good team player, willing to co-work with the whole project team and report to the project leader throughout the assigned project.
Job Responsibility
-Generate target company lists
-Generate target candidate list
-Prepare relevant documentation for delivery of candidate screening activity
-Verbal contact with candidates via phone to collect key recruitment information and assess them for your case.
-Data maintenance via database, on a consistent and timely base
-Daily report on project progress and result
-Participate in client calls to ensure accurate understanding of the case, and verbal delivery of market intelligence

Requirement
-Result-driven and can-do attitude are the MUST
-2 Yrs. relevant recruitment firm sourcing experience
-Focus on details with the skill of time management, problem solving and flexibility
-Good oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin, used for both external and internal communication
-Language skill in Cantonese, Korean, Japanese or Tagalog will be a strong advantage
