Position Description
-Formulate the recruitment & retention strategy and monitor the proper implementation of the defined strategy.
-Direct and monitor the recruitment activities to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness of staff recruitment.
-Ensure legal compliance in the recruitment process and employment of personnel.
-Drive the internal process to integrate new employees into the organization smoothly.
-Monitor the process of internal job redeployment and relocation to ensure compliance of the related HR policies
-Monitor the manpower plan submitted by individual operating units, plan and forecast the resources to meet the requirement.
-Lead and coach direct subordinates and other personnel involved in related activates.
Position Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Management, Education, Psychology or Human Resource Management or related disciplines with 7~8 years HR experience in multinational company. Large scale recruitment experience is high preferred.
-Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate at all level;
-Good facilitation and presentation skill;
-Team management experience is a must;
-Flexibility to go beyond job scope and take new challenges;
-Good command of English (Oral and written)
