With the business needs in Asia Pacific, it is looking high potential individual to the regional head quarter in Shanghai.

Position Description
-Assist Manufacturing Director to promote MRS and other tools in the plant, specific attention to converting equipment
-Conduct training and provide consultancy to plant production & general managers on the tools to improve the production efficiency, etc.
-Analyze the key performance indicators of plants and provide suggestions for manufacturing improvement
-Able to manage the process independently and takes initiative on improvement projects when necessary
-Utilize production management systems and coach employees to maintain consistent application of these systems and tools
-Liaise with various parties to ensure plant alignment with overall corporation business strategies
-Formulate and execute strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets
Position Requirements
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-cultural teams to facilitate project implementations
-BS degree in Engineering or related experience with a business degree preferred
-Minimum 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry, at least 2 years operation management experience
-Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
-Has ability of managerial courage (Corporate)
-Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills
-English is a plus and Chinese Mandarin
-Ability to travel over 50% of the time
