JOB TITLE: Product and Program Manager
REPORTS TO: Product Director
FUNCTION: Product
WORK LOCATION: Shanghai
HEADCOUNT: 1

Job Responsibilities:
？ Be responsible for several our major Product line Programs, including modifications to existing product, as well as introducing initial products from new platform designs.
？ Responsible for project initialization, planning and tracking, daily interaction between development center and operation.
？ To lead and coordinate multi-functional teams composed of electronic, mechanical, software/firmware and operation engineers for design, development, and manufacturing transfer of products.
？ To implement and follow complete product realization processes to achieve task oriented milestones
？ Be responsible for one or two of our major Product lines, to manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
？ Specifying market requirements into the product definition docs for existing and new products
？ Manage in-life product performance: revenue, margin, and profitability.
？ Manage products portfolio and develop the roadmaps
？ Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Operations
？ Light travel may be required
？ Must but not limited to above responsibilities
Work Experience And Abilities Required:
Education:
？ BS/MS in technical disciplines
？ PMI or PMP certification is desired

Required Experience and Qualification:
？ 6+ years working experience in engineering or business disciplines.
？ A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project or program management positions is required. Experience in Product management/ Bussiness is plus.
？ Knowledgeable x86 product architecture is preferred.
？ Good English communication skills.
？ Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin and cash flow analysis;
？ Strong project management and facilitation skills.
？ Excellent team work skill and internal & external communication skills
