1. Orders process for agents// 代理商订单跟踪
2. Scala maintenance// Scala系统维护
3. Lead time check for sales and agents// 销售和代理商之间的交期确认
4. FTS quote //成套产品报价
5. Daily sales statistics, scala invoices// 日常的销售统计，scala开票
6. Delivery following up including coordinating with production and logistics department// 订单发货的跟踪，包括与生产，物流各部门沟通
7. Customer service for key accounts // 重要客户的客户服务工作
8. Arrangement for exporting business // 出口业务的处理
9. Product training for new staff // 新员工的产品培训
10. Answer incoming telephone // 接听，转接电话
11. Drawing confirmation between sales/customer and production department // 销售/客户以及生产部门之间的桥梁作用
12. Other jobs to cooperate with sales 其他协助销售的工作

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience from similar tasks,
- 至少1年工作经验
- Independent working style and ability to take initiative
