职位描述
1.负责当班设备的点检及维护
2.认真完成上/下模及调试的工作（调试OK后必须锁上调整控制盘，避免其他人员调整工艺参数）。
3.认真填写（每日设备保养表）；（工艺调整记录表）；（每日参数记录表）。
4.做好班次交接，负责本班设备报警及异常处理。
5.认真极时地处理生产中发生的问题，降低生产成本，提高生产效率。
6.服从上司的工作安排，完成上司交给的任务。
岗位要求
1、初中或技校以上学历。
2、了解常见模具的结构,能够保养和组装模具,能熟练操作注塑机和机械手及注塑周边设备；
3、能独立完成产品的调试和产品质量控制,能独立处理常见的不良缺陷。
4、对塑胶行业有2年以上的技术员工作经验，会上下模具，对成型工艺有一定的了解，能操作注塑机；
5、熟悉注塑工艺的调整并熟悉常见塑料特性。
6、能吃苦耐劳，态度端正。两班倒

It’s surrounded by Hu Hang expressway, Hu Song highway etc., it’s fast to join other loop-lines and many main arterial highways of traffic rapidly. The traffic is very convenient.
