职位描述：
Main Responsibility主要职责
？ Supporting and training the users in getting familiar with the ERP AX2012
？ Configure and test Microsoft Dynamics AX module configurations to ensure delivered solutions meet business users functional requirements.
？ Optimize currently AX process and reports
？ Liaise closely with the team to ensure high-quality, professional and client-focused solutions are delivered at all times
？ Undertake any other responsibilities as deemed suitable by the management
？ Build efficiency communication between outsource service and AX key users
？ Responsible of business process enhancement and improvement
？ Manage ERP AX incident and problem tickets from end users
？ Formulate ERP Project strategies from business aspects to proactively implement change management


Experience/Education Required 任职资格
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in information technology is preferred.
- Proven track record of 5+ years of solid hands-on AX ERP function experience on design & delivery preferably,
