成功管理风险，实施应变计划，缓解不确定因素，降低项目风险
确保项目按时和在预算内可交付
任职资格：
基于业务，目标导向
相关学科的学士学位以上；MBA工商管理硕士优先
有充分了解金融服务和投资行业，和行业内5年以上的项目管理和企业金融经验
行业内的成功项目的良好记录
作为团队领导或项目经理， 全周期的深度公司融资经验，有系统实施经验优先
良好的客户关系管理和沟通技能
成熟、积极主动、专注
领导能力（如团队建设、激励 ）
流利的普通话和英语
愿意在压力下工作，可以经常出差
Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful initiation, monitoring, supervision and implementation of financial controls, project planning, management and execution of certain Company projects.
Responsibilities:
Initiate project start-ups and lead plan/define phases, targets to meet project goals and see each respective project to successful completion
Effectively manage client relationships
Facilitates discussions with key stakeholders and management
Successfully manages risk and implement contingency planning to mitigate uncertainties and reduce project risks
Ensure that project meets expected deliverables on time and within budget
Qualification:
Business-minded and goal-oriented
Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferable
Have sufficient understanding and over 5 years prior project management and corporate finance working experience in the financial services and investment industries
Has a proven track record of success in the field
In-depth knowledge of full lifecycle corporate finance experience as team leader or project manager, and better with system implementation involvement
Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
Mature, proactive and committed
Leadership skills (e.g. team development, motivation)
Fluency in both Mandarin and English
Willingness to work under pressure and availability for frequent travel
