Job Description Of Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Work with US QA team on supplier quality control and development strategy; and manage the SQEs on new product development together with US specialist;
2. Work with HR on new SQE recruitment;
3. Training for new team members on process, product and communication;
4. Drive the team members to achieve the SCAR, CAPA, process audit and PMI goals;
5. Work closely with lab and inspection teams;
6. Work closely with cross Departments on product and process improvement;
7. Work together with US new product development team on new product development;
8. Timely report and communication with US QA team;
9. Coach and monitor the team members on observing company discipline;
Requirement:
    1. At least 10years experience on power tools engineering and manufacturing background ;
    2. Experience in managing the SQE team or engineering team
    3. Strong team leader, excellent communication and inter-personal skills
    4. Good English in both oral and written
