1. Ensure the safety of goods in the warehouse and all activities of goods receiving, repacking, dispatch and stock managing are accurate, orderly and efficient.
保证货物在仓库的安全存放和相关的收货、再包装、分发货等，日常的库存管理做到准确、有序及高效。
2. Responsible for the procedures and standards for the goods receiving, repacking, dispatch, as well as the orderly storage maintenance.
负责管理和更新收发货、再包装、货物合理存放的流程和标准。
3. Execute the correct and timely receiving, repack and shipping data entry into the sales info system, in order to keep an up to date system status.
准确及时地将出入库和包装数据维护进系统或相关报表，以保证系统数据的及时更新和同步。
4. Oversee the packaging production management, including packing material purchasing, packing material stock management and packing material preparation.
再包装业务相关的一切管理工作，包括包装材料的购买、包装材料库存的管理，以及包装设备的维护等相关的其他工作。
5. Select the right forwarder and manage the performance and cost saving.
评估物流运输提供商的表现，选择性价比优的合作伙伴。
6. Make proposals for optimizing the warehouse lay-out and goods storage mode, positions adjustments.
根据需要合理安排仓库内存放与再包装的布局、存放模式等，并不断优化。
7. Be responsible for the planning of identification of goods. Design/make the correct label in accordance with the standards of CCC.
辨识产品并根据科帝克的产品标准设计并制作相应的产品标签，以符合在国内市场销售的要求。
8. Supervise the performance and conformance of the warehouse personal and monitor the daily activities in the warehouse.
领导和协调仓库人员和外来劳工人员共同进行仓库管理和再包装的日常工作。
9. Perform trainings of the procedures to warehouse and C/S.
定期或有需要时对仓库人员和外来劳工人员进行必要的操作培训，以保证稳定的质量。
10. Monthly report of above related expense(W/H fee, outsourcing temporary labor charge, repacking material cost, delivery fee details, etc)
月度报告，包括仓库费用、外来劳工费用、包装材料采购费用、发货物流运输费用等等相关汇总。
11. Quarterly stock taking.
每个季度的盘点报告。
12. Scraped parts write-off issue.
库存报废的相关业务。
13. Other tasks assigned by the SCM manager.
其他由SCM部门经理委派的工作任务。
任职资格：
1. Bachelor education from a high level university
2. Working experience in the supply chain and/or C/S, preferably in an international company would be an advantage
3. Good knowledge with standard software packages (MS Windows, MS Office, BarTender); Deadline orientated; Dealing with complexity
4. Open minded character, outgoing, good communication and reporting skills, must be able to work within a team, self motivating ability, able to work self responsible, demanding for success and results, trustful character
5. Must be motivated to continuously improve skills and to accept new work contents
6. Ability to work in an international working environment.
