职位描述：

主要工作职责

1.根据客户要求，寻找新产品，给出报价。
2.下订单给供应商，与供应商确认PI ，确保产品规格，交期，付款方式等满足要求。
3.与质量部门合作，安排验货，跟踪验货结果。根据验货结果寻找合适的解决方案。
4.确保按时出货，根据不同付款方式 （TT 或者LC）准备出货单据。
5.及时准确地更新ERP系统中产品及订单等相关信息。

1...According to clients requirement source new product and give quotation .
2...To place order to supplier, double check supplier PI to ensure the product spec,
     price, delivery date, payment term meet our requirement.
3...To book inspection with QC dept and follow up the inspection result and find
      proper solutions according to the inspection result.
4...To ensure the goods are shipped on time and prepare the shipment documents
      either for TT payment or for LC payment.
5... To update product and order information etc. via ERP timely and accurately.


任职要求
1.大专及以上学历.
2.英语 听，说，读，写 熟练.
3. 两到三年的相关工作经验.
4.有进出口操作经验优先.
5.英语专业，国际贸易专业优先.
6.能够适应多语言文化的工作环境.
7.善于沟通及处理问题，善于提出解决方案.
8.具有良好的 团队合作精神.
