职位描述：
Main responsobilities:
1. Calculation of target costs according to defined process during whole product development process with given calculation software; show potentials and risks
2. Cost benchmarks for different suppliers in different countries based on their technical, commercial and economical data including currencies.
3. Recalculation in cases of increasing demands with the goal to determine synergies by different parameters (alternative production, higher tool cavities, bundling of materials, bigger lots etc.)
4. Perform on-site workshops at suppliers and their sub-suppliers with dedicates teams to detect saving potentials in purchasing, production and logistics.
5. Together with responsible purchasers negotiations with suppliers to realize saving potentials
6. Develop own ideas for cost savings by analysis and evaluation of different scenarios and cost break downs and find best practice solutions
7. Establish and maintain a supporting data base
8. Provide documents and information according to needs of recipients

Main requirements:
1. Technical and / or Commercial university degree
2. 5 years experience in auto industry.
3. Basics in Cost calculation and cost-analysis
4. Familiar with different production technologies like stamping, turning, drilling, die casting, sintering machining, heat treatment, coating, others
5. Logical and analytical intellectual power
