职位描述：
1. 定期完成和更新团队内部报表，如系统生成报表，项目进展报告及利用率报告；
2. 内部信息联络，包括但不限于：邮件回复，备忘录，合同起草，项目方案设计和提案等；
3. 协助团队确保项目高质量交付；
4. 协调联络团队成员；
5.会议内容的整理与归档，会议纪要发布
6. 其他项目负责人交办工作相关事宜。
1. Support in creating periodic reports as assinged such as project status report, utilizaion report
2. Produce highly confidential correspondence, including but not limited to letters, memos, contracts, proposals and presentations.
3. Work as project quality and assurance member to assist project delivery
4. Cohesion all team members


人员条件需求： Qualification
1. 大三或研究生在读，每周至少保证3天以上出勤；
2. 熟练使用Word，PPT，Excel，英语水平良好；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力，工作认真负责；
4. 有到客户方驻场和出差可能；
5. 必须具备良好的主动性和抗压能力。?
