职位描述：
Job Description岗位描述：

1、Ensuring readiness the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) before Project Starting and socialization to related team with delivered by PR. ）
 在项目启动之前确保项目实施计划（PIP）可执行；通过PR（采购申请单）将团队组织化；

2、Ensuring & Planning time line of plan build and final BoQ project as requested by Area to be deliver within SLA. requested by Area to be deliver within SLF.
通过SLF（发货清单）计划确保项目所需的最终的工程量清单能够被按时交付；

3、Ensuring the guidance project with document Project Implementation Plan (PIP) related cost & quality to make clear information and Standardize technical as project elementary .
从成本和质量角度确保文档项目实施计划（PIP）中相关的技术指导明确和规范化；

4、Pre-sales technical support
售前技术支持。

5、Ensuring & Managing On time Proses Survey Soil Test/Concrete Test, Design Analyze , Personal Safety Equipment, Final BoQ, and lead time CME Contractor Approval to Design of Consultant.
确认、管理CME供应商按时提交地勘测试，混凝土试块、设计分析、安全装备、最终工程量清单。

6、Ensuring & managing process of CME Consultant , Deliver Plan BoQ & Personal Safety Equipment as a basis to prepared a PR/PO & Area’s construction Implementation .
确保及管理CME设计顾问，并以此为依据来交付一个项目计划工程量与个人安全设备清单。

7、Ensuring control & monitoring order material supply related to quantity ,Type No. ,Quality by field & factort inspection
通过现场和工厂检查控制和监管订单货物供应数量、型号和质量

8、Ensuring & managing project implementation process , FO / HBTS & COR（Cash on Receipt）BoQ & Build BoQ of B2S , Colo , Relocation .
确认和管理新建、共享和搬迁项目执行过程中的工程量和货物清单；

9、Ensuring & Managing closing documentation / BAST supplier
确保和管理供应商交付的竣工文件；

10、Manage technical document Include is not limited to drawing, acceptance, quality standards, technical standards, field guidance, technical memo， etc.。
管理技术相关文件，包含并不限于图纸、竣工文件、质量标准、技术标准、现场指导、技术备忘等等技术性文件

 

Job requirement:

1.Bachelor or above, in Engineering/Quality Management/ with at least 5 years of working experience in relevant or related position.

本科及以上学历，工程/质量管理5年以上相关工作及职位经验

2.Fluent in verbal and written English and willing to travel,

英语读写熟练，可以经常出差

3.Proficiency in MS Office Applications and workflow knowledge is an asse

微软办公软件熟练并有工作流知识

4. Dynamic, highly analytical, with excellent problem solving skills and possess strong team leadership and understand team dynamics.

有活力，逻辑分析能力，问题解决技巧，领导力

5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
