职位描述：
Purpose of the position:
Assist and support Buying Manager in product assortment planning, country buying, GP management, inventory management & product training, in order to maximize product sales, support business growth and achieve company goals.
Job Responsibilities:

？ Support Buying Manager to set up China 4 seasons’ calendars, merchandising flow and product assortment plan seasonally; assist to set reasonable OTB, buy with appropriate product mix and maximize SKU productivity, constantly improve contribution to GP improvement.
？ Analyze sales reports, regarding product sales, advice sales team to maximize sell-through, and manage inventory level/structure in our own warehouse.
？ To identify potential market needs and new opportunities for China, based on market info., trend research, CI research, dealers’ and sales teams’ feedback, so as to make suggestions to global team
？ Work closely with Training team to develop and conduct the product Training to wholesale partners, marketing and retail team independently. Identify the buying coach demands and interpret into buying course at sales meeting, to leverage the dealers enhance the product assortment structure.


Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required:

？ At least 5 years of buying and product development experiences, relevant background, menswear preferred
？ Strategic mind-set, in good fashion sensor, data analysis, and textile knowledge.
？ Be able to communicate and understand English, verbally and in written.
？ Excellent in Excel, good at PowerPoint.
？ Leadership on the relevant function; Problem solving and decision making.
？ Care for details, willing to work under pressure and high work load.
？ Initiative and upbeat personality; Strong communication skill; Work well individually and in a team. 举报 分享
