Job Description

Responsibility:
1, The Senior Java Developer will collaboratively engage with the architect and Co development team in US and China to design and develop business features for China applications.
2, Help build global applications' deployment and 3rd level support knowledge and capabilities on global applications
3, Develop and/or Enhance multiple digital propositions applications on Ford Pass platform
4, Work with technology teams to prototype and prove the viability of solutions
5, Gather digital proposition functional and non-functional requirement,create detail technical specs


Qualifications:
1) 5+ years experience delivering Java/J2EE Business Solutions
2) 5+years experience of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
3) 3+years experience SQL or Oracle
4) 3+years experience with web technologies (ideally HTML 5,CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript, Adobe CQ)
5) Experience with Continuous Integration-especially with Jenkins (and associated technologies)
6) Excellent Problem Solving Skills-especially troubleshooting runtime issues (interpreting logs)
7) Solid understanding of data communication principles,including OSI and TCP/IP protocol models,including network security for both wireless and wire-line network
8) Familiarity with enterprise data systems,including RDBMS,data warehousing,data-marts,OLTP,OLAP
9) Proficiency with Agile Development Techniques (including TDD,JUnit,Mocks,Pair Programming)
10) Proficiency with SQL,Hibernate,Web Services (REST and/or SOAP)
11) Ability to function with new technologies
12) Ability to lead and mentor junior developers
13) Understanding Microsoft Azure is better

1)Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
2)Strong analytical & problem solving skills
3)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
4)Development on high performance multi-tiered architectures (in Java)
