Key Responsibilities:

- Fully in charge of smooth delivery of academic services, customer service and finance/admin functions, coordinate with sales and marketing team
- Lead the management team including the Director of professional services, Service managers, sales team and others to create a highly motivated service organization
- Manage all service functions to ensure smooth operation and customers' needs
- Manage budget with a close eye on cost control
- Interface with the Sales Director and regional teams, including the regional Services director (on booking and operating processes), Finance teams (on monthly reporting and payroll), Real Estate manager (on larger maintenance and construction issues), Marketing director and an IT Coordinator.
- Lead training activities to ensure efficient and high quality production of academic programs and service processes.
- Manage scheduling efficiency and customer service processes, ensure prompt follow up to customer service issues
- Oversee all equipment installation, cleaning staff management and facility maintenance, to ensure high quality company image.
- Participate in regional management meetings, discussions and contribution to strategic direction of the region. Constantly come up with ways in which the systems can be improved, develop and implement proposals
- Monitor adherence to company operating policies and administer disciplinary system
- Oversee payroll and bonus calculation and allocation as appropriate


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in business management or related
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- 7-10 years work experience and at least 3 years on senior management position in fast-paced growth environment, preferably in service industry.
- Had independently handled overall management and experienced work with people from different culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and management
- Previous experience in service team training and system building
- Detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted organization
- Can work under pressure and remain creative, solutions-oriented and self-motivated
- Good people skills; able to hire, train and monitor staff
- Good computer skills, including MS-Office
- Some travel in China region
