职位描述：
Core Responsibilities:

Execute and support SAE strategic plans to ensure quality function meet or exceed customer’s expectations
? Responsible for the respective daily SAE operation, trouble-shooting and coordinate with different parties to organize the quality event as requested especially those urgent request to support on-time shipment.
? Handle daily 3P Quotation Review and benchmarking process as applicable.
? Support SAE Assistant Manager and QA Assistant Manager to issue and follow bundle audit/ inspection disposition.

Monitor vendor and 3rd party service provider performance and do continuous improvement.
? Coordinate quality activities/projects with internal teams, with 3rd party, vendor or factory to ensure the quality events/projects are organized as per requested and executed as per QA’s requirement.
? Responsible for vendor and 3rd party service provider performance tracking and program progress monitoring. Have the ability to identify abnormal phenomenon and potential risk; raise awareness and seek for the solutions.

Support SAE Assistant Manager streamline operation process and do continuous improvement.

Support GQM system development and maintenance.

Coordinate with cross-function team and cross-office teams; promote collaboration and teamwork to achieve on time program success.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in QA related function
? Strong oral and written communication skills with fluent English and local language.
? Effective email and telephone communication
? Familiar with MS Excel tool operation
? Familiar with MS Access tool operation
? Certified in ISO 9000; SA8000
