职位描述：
岗位职责：
1) Design innovative websites, apps, games, interfaces and/or digital campaigns
a. Including banners, microsites, eDMs
设计制作包括：创新性响应式网页，Apps，游戏，网页界面，其他相关的数字促销
a. 包括横幅广告，网站，eDMs
2) Work collaboratively with Creatives, Developers and Project Management team to deliver digital output on brief at the highest level of quality
和创意及项目管理团队合作，根据Brief要求，交付最高质量的相关产出
3) Manage and track time spent per project and meet deadlines
负责自己工作内容的时间管理，以保证能在交付日之前完成工作
4) Continual professional development to keep up to date with new design trends and tools
持续不断的自我学习，跟上时代步伐，掌握最新的动画趋势和动画工具
5) Be able to interpret client briefs and put them in to practice
能翻译客户的briefs，以及将其转化成可操作的内容
6) Support others once necessary
在部门需要时支持其他同事
7) Complete tasks assigned by leaders on time
准时完成上级指示的其他工作内容

任职要求：
1) At least 2 years related experience
至少2年相关工作经验
2) Good English ability in writing and reading ,can use English for daily communication
良好的英语阅读、书面能力，能进行日常的英语口语沟通
3) Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac (this includes Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
精通Mac界面的Adobe 系统软件（包括After Effects and Premiere）
4) Good understanding of design, layout, typography
熟悉设计，布局和排版
5) Basic understanding of HTML and CSS as it relates to design
了解设计相关的开发相关工具，如HTML5，CSS3等
6) Experience with responsive design and execution
熟悉响应式设计和执行
7) Ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills

8) High level of precision and great attention to detail such as matching crops precisely as well as calculating proper ratios

9) Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Production time examples below)
a. 1 Day: 1 master static banner set or 10 static banner adapts or 1 eDM layout or 1 website wireframe
b. 2 Days: 1 storyboard (8 frames) or 1 Landing page layout
能在快节奏，高压环境下工作(日完成工作量参照如下)：
1天：1套标准的静态Banner制作，或者10个静态Banner改编，或一个eDM 框架，或1个网站页面线框架
2天：1个故事梗概图片（8帧）或者1个登陆界面的框架
