REs and SREs are responsible for delivery of specific components of projects, working closely under the guidance of more senior team members.

Key Result Areas
As a RE/SRE at AV, you shall be responsible for:
A clear understanding of the purpose of research
Delivering specific parts of projects e.g. recommending the appropriate method (i.e. F2F, telephone, internet), design a sample structure, recruitment specifications, writing questionnaires, writing DP specs, having knowledge about statistical techniques etc.
Discussing issues with more senior members of the team.
Following up with Operations throughout the project to ensure the highest quality of data is delivered on time.
More experienced RE/SREs will do their own analysis and capture this in presentation format.

-Excellent command of English & Chinese (written & verbal)
-Self-starter (diligent, reliable, proactive & responsible), can be held accountable for parts of simple projects
-Liaises with the Client, Operations & the rest of the team
-Helps to respond to client briefs and draft proposals
-Demonstrates an understanding of client context and project related issues
-Ensures quality of fieldwork/data collection
Reporting to: Research Manager or above
Promotion from RE to SRE is a function of experience and ability to perform the above tasks.
