Job Description
Project Management Specialist
China GBS DA CR Field BASES Team
Job Purpose: To manage BASES projects, to supervise and monitor vendors to complete the data collection process within Nielsen SOP, within timeline and budget, and with high quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
·Greatly understand client's requirement and provide feasible project design from data collection level
·Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure vendor supervisors are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the questionnaires
·Estimate costs to ensure comprehensive and accurate cost items are included in the proposal
·Estimate and plan resources for the commissioned projects to ensure the projects could be completed according to schedule
·Liaise with DP and CS to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays
·Control and manage the whole fieldwork process of project and ensure the authenticity of the timely delivered data

Qualifications
·BA / BS Required
·1 year or above years' experience on projects collection/project coordination
·Interpersonal skills and a team player
·Very good English essential, good Chinese desirable
·Excellent interpersonal skills required
·Good project management skills
·Good time management skills
·Good communication skills

Reports Directly to: Field Project Management Leader

Works with: Line Managers, Project Managers, Vendors, Quality Assurance (QA) Team, Service Account Management (SAM) Team, Vendor Management Team, BASES Product Innovation Team, Programming Team.
