职位描述：
Job purpose summary:
The purpose of this role is to manage strategic projects of Oney China. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end to end management ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget and quality.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
？ Define, document and clearly communicate the project scope, objectives and measures.
？ Establish and update project schedules with actual and forecasts, proactively managing any deviation.
？ Provide day to day management of the project deliverable and ensure that the project is executed consistently and professionally.
？ Organize project Steering Committee meeting, regular meetings to align the understandings, request for decisions, and document meeting minutes.
？ Work collaboratively with the Project Team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget and to quality within agreed tolerances.
？ Evaluates risks and issues associated with delivery of a project and develops mitigation strategies and manages to successful execution.
？ Ensure that all project costs are accurately estimated and then tracked during the project lifecycle.
？ Identify project change variation, assess impact to project and present for decision.

Qualifications:
？ University graduate or above.
？ Knowledge of Project Management methodologies. Certification is a plus.
？ 5 years’ experience in managing large and complex projects in Banking and Financial Industries.
？ Good knowledge Financial Services/ Banking / Retail / Payment Solutions.
？ Proficiency on MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
？ Mandarin native with highly proficient in spoken and written English.
