职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Pay close attention to industry technical trend, manage Bufab technical knowhow, develop technical solution to better satisfied customer and/or obtain extra benefit for Bufab.
2. Be responsible for drawing & technical documents management, perform gap analysis and technical risk assessment, highlight with proposal to sourcing team, quality engineer, SQE, sales team and customer (when necessary).
3. Develop Bufab test instruction to QC, to control the risk on reasonable cost level.
4. Support sourcing team & SQE on looking for technical competent supplier
5. Initial sample management, assess sample conformity.
6. Technical data management in ADS system
7. Prepare documents as customer required for new product approval ( e.g. FA report)
8. Follow up and technical problem solving in sample phase and pre-series phase till go to mass production
9. Engineering change management
10. RoHS/REACH/COC management
11. Prepare and conduct technical training to customers and internal teams.
12. Technical support when needed to other functions, customer,and supplier.
13. Other tasks assigned by company /manager.
   
Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in an Engineering Discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years experience as Technical Engineer (or a similar position) in mechanical industry.
3. Strong knowledge in mechanical and metal field, strong fastener/C-part knowledge & background is preferred.
4. Rich experience in new product introduction project.
5. Familiar with PPAP, experience in automotive project is a plus.
6. Knowledgable on Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, TS16949, etc. Better also had knowledge on SPC, DOE, FMEA, CP, 8D, SWOT, 6σ, LEAN etc.
7. Familiar with AUTOCAD (or SOLIDWORKS etc) , MS Office, ERP

2.Fluent English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
3.Good project management skill (technical part) and problem solving skill
