职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Implement purchase activities for assigned commodities;
? Collect quotation from existing and potential suppliers, make effective bench mark check and price comparison;
? Work with relate technical Engineering for verifying the specification for the unclear purchasing request;
? Manage and define the priority for the daily job according to the different project timing.
? Follow up suppliers for on-time delivery, make payment plan for the suppliers;
? Quarterly review key supplier performance, tracking the suppliers’ correct action plan;
? Execute Cost analysis for assignment commodities, study the supply market for new opportunities of solutions and costs.
? Drive the local agreement and support the global develop the global agreement.

Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, supply chain management.
? At least 2 years experiences in Automation industry or related experience in project company.
? Strong negotiation and coordination skills with internal teams and the suppliers. Able to make reasonable decisions under tough situation;
? Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, a good team player;
? Strong sense of timing controlling, logic thinking, target approaching;
? Knowledge of contract law, international trade rule is a plus;
? SAP is a plus;
? Good at both oral and written English; 举报 分享
