职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the Quality Assurance Managers/teams in China to achieve quality standards and procedures for products produced throughout China;
- Stays abreast of production status as well as QA inspection results. Audit inspections of components prior to production;
Make suggestions to QA in field for factories to improve their manufacturing process and QA staff in how to address problems that could arise;
- Set guidelines in conducting factory audits to determine if a potential manufacturer has the ability to produce products that will meet Company standards;
- Assist in developing all the quality assurance strategic advice from the development stage through to bulk production, by partnering with the Technical Team, Merchandising Teams and the suppliers/vendors
- Identify product integrity/assurance strategies, aligning raw material, finished products, testing requirements, quality control management, and vendor capabilities, to ensure quality standards are defined, clearly understood, and maintained at all suppliers.
 

REQUIREMENTS :

- Tertiary educated in textile, clothing or relevant disciplines;
- 10+ years’ experience in quality control of garment, shoes, and fashion accessories with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in multinational buying office or agent;
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage;
- Proven leadership and managerial skills with strong interpersonal and communication ability to lead the QA teams in China
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin;
