职位描述：
PURPOSE:

To do daily quality testing and provide the test results to production line, work as a team member in the shift, to produce good products to customer timely.


RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

？ Follow Lubrizol EHS policy, technical confidential requirement
？ Test raw materials, intermediate and finished products timely and correctly, record and communicate the test result with production accordingly
？ Calibrate and maintain laboratory instrument
？ Daily lab cleaning, checking and sample handling
？ Finish assigned task timely
？ SAP input
？ Timely report non-conformance


REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES:

1) Education:
Technical High School or above, diploma is preferred
Chemical related major is required


2) Experience:
Above 1-2 years in a QC lab


3) Main Core Competencies:

？ Accuracy
？ Analysis
？ Execution
？ Results Orientation
？ Open communication
？ Collaboration


4) Knowledge, Technical / Professional skill:

？ Basic ESH knowledge for chemical factory
？ Accuracy is essential – must have a detail orientation
？ Able to understand and operate all equipment in our QC lab
？ Solid computer skills and good English is preferred


5) Language Skill:
      Basic professional English skill
