汇报对象：上海总经理和美国CFO

主要职责
1、负责财务部的日常管理工作和建立健全财务管理制度。确保符合财务流程及规定符合相关规定，并监督实施；
2、组织完成会计、财务记帐复核和科目处理，清理往来帐务。及时正确组织企业财务结算，编制年、季、月度会计报表。
3、负责会计核算、财务计划、财务分析、纳税管理。
4、监控可能会对公司造成经济损失的重大经济活动。
5、根据综合分析和专题分析的资料及有关信息，进行财务预测，向领导提供经营决策资料。
6、与工商、税务、统计、审计等政府相关部门定期沟通并保持良好关系。
7、负责对公司财会人员的管理、培训及考评工作，逐步提高财会人员的业务素质。
8、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1、财务、会计、金融、投资、管理等专业大专以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；
2、 熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
3、8年以上相关工作经验，3年以上财务管理岗位工作经验（服装行业优先）；
4、熟悉ERP企业管理系统，及财务软件使用经验；
5、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
6、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
