Job Title: Logistic Specialist Reports To: Logistics Manager
KEY RESULT AREAS
？ Prepare import /export documentations for Customs Clearance and pass to brokers in time.
？ Track the goods pick-up from oversea suppliers.
？ Coordinate the Customs brokers to fix the issues when declaration.
？ Arrange the delivery when finished clearance accordingly.
？ Confirm and Prepare documents for the dispatch of Export machines.
？ File all the declaration documents for further reference.
？ Maintain the tracking report of import and export cargos.
？ Manage the manual of high cost import parts (include open, allocate, change and write off).
？ Dispatch truck from truck company for some domestic shipment.
？ Release PO and payment request for freight cost.
？ Good team work.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
？ College’s degree or above
？ At least 2 years work experience
？ Proficient IT skills, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
？ Ability to work in a team environment
？ Ability to work under pressure
