Job Purpose
The Supplier Technical Engineer will be responsible for planning and execution of the Manufacturing Engineering & Quality activities in the external supply chain. The Supplier Technical Engineer will also ensure the quality of supplied product which includes the verification, containment, problem resolution and improvement activities with the supplier in line with SABRe requirements.

Key Accountabilities
? Maintain high quality of deliveries from suppliers to RR sites and to customers
? Maintain region suppliers quality PPM in target
? Analyze of Non Conformances together with supplier
? Support in Resolve Customer Issues
? Supplier development of poor performing suppliers
? Approval of new products (FAT, FAIR)
? Approval of new suppliers according to RR supplier requirement package - SABRe
? Support Category Manager with technical knowledge during strategy developement and supplier selection
? Support with cost improvement of products
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 2+ years experience in the Aerospace field.
? Must be PRC Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience bringing diverse groups together to resolve technical issues and problems and perform root cause analysis
? Certifications from Advance Product Quality planning (Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans) a plus
? Academic or professional experience with AS-9100, ISO-2001, and QS-9000
? Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
