职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Keep tracing every order and be sure to get it ready on time.
2. Keep tracing the transportation.
3. Assist merchandisers to supervise the production.
4. Communicating & discussing the quality issue with QA department.
5. Negotiating and solving the complaints on quality and other issues with the customers.
6. Other duties assigned.
Requirements:
1. University degree or above, majoring in textile, international trade or related.
2. At least two years’ experience of customer service in textile industry；
3. Fluent spoken and written English and excellent communication skills;
4. Good customer relationship and market overview;
