A HR Generalist for EYELEVEL is the person responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, negotiators and team players working closely with all the staff and management. They maintain and continuously improve the Human Resource Management System, including manpower planning, Recruitment, Training, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, etc.
作为EYELEVEL的人事主管主要责任在于全面管理公司人力资源的各项事宜。要做到这一点,他们必须具备高度自律能力、优秀的交流能力、规划能力、谈判能力、团队合作能力,并需要与所有员工与管理层有紧密的联系。他们需要维护和不断的改善人力资源管理系统,包括人力规划、招聘、培训、绩效考核、赔偿和福利管理、员工关系等。
Responsibilities 职责:
1. Oversee overall spectrum of human resources activities include manpower administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee services and relation. 监督整体的人力资源管理系统,包括人力资源管理、薪酬和福利、培训和员工发展、员工服务和关系。
2. Responsible for managing the recruitment process which includes the development of appropriate recruiting strategies and the coordination of the interviewing process to insure that qualified applicants are selected. 负责管理招聘流程,包括招聘策略的改善和面试过程的协调工作,以此确保选择出高质量的候选人。
3. Responsible for the coordination of employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with Corporate Compensation and Benefits department guidelines. 依照公司薪酬和福利标准,协调员工薪酬和福利项目。
4. Responsible to perform the employee performance evaluation. Analyze, summarize the effect of the employee performance review. 负责执行员工绩效评估。分析、总结员工绩效考核的结果。
5. Work with the management level to establish a positive and innovative corporate culture. 与管理层合作,创建积极的、创新的企业文化。
6. Provide strong staffing and training support for business growth. 通过提供相应的人力资源和培训方面的支持,以此来促进业务增长。
7. Other tasks assigned by the management. 管理层安排的其他任务。
Requirements 要求:
1. Good HR experience within an international setting, but not limited to HR field. 优秀的人力资源管理经验和国际背景,该背景不仅限于人力资源方面。
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others. 优秀的交流和谈判技巧,具备卓越的领导才能。
3. Strong leadership skills. 优秀的领导技巧。
4. Easy going, strong problem solving skills. 随和,有较强的处理问题的技巧。
5. Proactive, resourceful and ability to perform multi-tasking. 积极主动,足智多谋,具备同时执行多任务的能力。
6. Ability to generate new ideas and innovative HR policies. 有新的想法并且在人力资源政策管理方面有创新、改革能力。
7. Fluent in Chinese and English. 流利的中英文交流能力。
Software 计算机能力:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint。 必须能熟练运用Word、Excel、Powerpoint
