职位描述：

The incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum support to Project realization team
Assist the project realization team in commercial matters of projects including but not limited to:
Project document controls and data management in SAP system
Handling of shipping and custom clearance matters
Handling of financial instruments such as bank guarantees and letter of credits
Handling of insurance matters
Other tasks assigned by Project Manager

Requirements：
With diploma in Computer information technology is prior
With at least 3 years working experience in similar capacity

Very good at MS office, especially EXCEL
Preferably with experience working in an Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) environment as project coordinator.

knowledge of SAP system
A team player with good planning skill, self driven, proactive and flexible
Pleasant personality with good communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken mandarin
