职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 负责IDC网络基础架构的规划设计、交付实施、维护管理工作
2. 配合网络规划团队进行网络架构设计，网络架构调优和维护,负责规范性方案文档的建立以及优化；
3. 负责对突发事件的快速响应和处理，排除故障；
4. 负责推动网络自动化部属、监控、运维系统的建设和优化
5. 负责网络性能数据分析，性能优化，网络深度监控，确保可用性提升，排除潜在隐患。
任职资格：
1. 计算机或相关理工科专业；
2. 有3年以上互联网公司网络运营或电信级网络的规划设计和运营维护经验；
3. 精通TCP/IP 和OSI网络模型，精通RIP/OSPF/MPLS//BGP等协议，广域网路由技术、局域网交换技术，网管与安全技术，熟悉防火墙，交换机等网络设备的安装、配置，具有大型网络项目实施经验；
4. 具有互联网公司网络组网和维护经验，精通Cisco设备，熟悉华为/ H3C 尤佳；熟悉vmware、openstack等虚拟化技术；
5. 具有CCIE或HCIE认证优先，具有SDN实施经验者优先；具有云数据中心维护经验者优先；
6. 沟通能力强，具备很强的团队协作意识，善于主动思考和自我驱动。
