职位描述：
Job Duties / Responsibilities工作职责:
1. Perform a detailed review of customer needs and provide equipment recommendations to include Control & Vision systems that will assist in automating their processes.

2. Design, develop, implement, and validate the effectiveness of automated equipment.

3. Create electrical schematics, HMI and PLC programs as well as PC based software programs to support manufacturing.
即有PC软件程序基础又有创建电气图、人机界面和PLC程序去支持制作。
4. Collaborate with customer and/or manufacturing personnel on new automation system designs.
在新自动化系统设计上，能与客户和制作人员合作。
5. Document automation systems and train staff on the use and maintenance of these systems.
用文件证明自动化系统以及培训在操作和维护自动化系统的人员。
6. Serve as a technical advisor for the automation equipment used by customers and perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance / repair of systems as required.
对客户使用自动化设备进行技术上指导和根据需求对系统的进行修理、日常维护及故障排除。
7. Design, build and wire Electrical panels.
设计、制作和排线配电板。
8. Specify components to be used in electrical panels
把指定的部件使用在配电板上。
9. Use of Lasers, right now it is Mecco and Branson.
会使用当下的Mecco 和 Branson 的激光器。
10. Use of Robots, currently Fanuc and Epson.
应用现款的FANUC 和EPSON 机器人。
11. Mechanically build and assemble stations.
应用到机械制造和组装工位上。
12. Travel for installs and repairs as required. (Including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, programming etc)
按照规定出差去安装和修理。（包括机械、电气和程序等）
13. Follow Company policies and procedures as defined in the Interplex Employee Manual.

14. Follow Company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

15. Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance.

Education /Skills /Qualifications:受教育程度/技能/任职资格
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
电机工程专业学士学位。
2. Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to this position and safety.

3. Successful completion of 6-month probationary period required for continued employment.
成功地完成6个月试用期的要求才能续聘。
4. 3 to 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience in support of Manufacturing preferred.

5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.

14. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment including pneumatics, motors, sensors, and machine vision systems. Specifically Keyence and Cognex Vision Systems.
