Title :

Printing Coordinator

Working Location

Shanghai Office

Job Duties

? Oversee Pre-press / output activities in Asia;

? Develop and lead vendor training sessions to ensure the quality on the printed materials are complied with CTC requirement / standard;

? Monitor and report on 3rd Party Service Providers activities to ensure they perform at or above their required service levels;

? Liaise with Canadian Tire Corporate (CTC) Home Office Design team and other stakeholders to execute printing quality activities;

? Responsible for the routine color management activities

? Need to assist / perform Admin work ( work with admin. team ) under admin. Manager request

Qualifications

? Graduated from University or Polytechnic is a MUST.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin required

? Good at Microsoft Word and excel and PPT.

? Good coordination and project management skills

? Ability to be self-reliant and work independently

? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

? Sound knowledge in the design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
