Key Responsibilities:

-Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies
-Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business
-Explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform
-Analyze lost orders and customers and take effective means to recover them
-Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business
-Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
-Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily


Required skills and working experience:

-Degree in mechanical engineering, metalwork or equivalent
-3 years sales experience in related area
-Well versed in sales and commercial practices
-Technical knowledge of manufacturing process in the related segments
-Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English or Japanese and Mandarin
