Objective of Job
CDD Concept Data Development as a whole develops everything from Exterior, Interiors, Seats, and all component design (lighting, etc.) from concept to production.

Brief Task Description
Based in CATIA for Exterior production development, but expanding toolkit to include Alias for advanced work in all areas. Looking for talented surface modelers, who must be able to conceptualize from sketches, or match scan. A broad understanding of the vehicle architecture in terms of knowing what is behind the surface and the requirements that drive design. Most important is the way the modeler frames his/her surface construction, controlled framework that leads to refined surface quality. Developing a complete vehicle, achieving good line/surface quality, leading to design reviews with upper management is what is needed.

Qualifications
Education:
* University Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in Class-A Surfacing.

Skills & Competence:
* Proficient in Alias, Good skills in surfacing methods and techniques
* Understanding of CAD data management and transfer
* Basic skills in VRED and CATIA V5, Rhino GH is a plus
* Interest in trends and applicability of new technologies and software
* Fluent Communication in English and Chinese
